Dr. Doug Evans has been practicing dentistry in Tallahassee since graduating from the University of  Florida College of Dentistry in 1984.  He received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1976.

Dr. Evans is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, the Northwest Dental Association, and the Leon County Dental Association.

He is also a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Evans is an enthusiastic student of postgraduate dental education.  Many hours are spent each year seeking excellence in areas of restorative and cosmetic dentistry.  Dr. Evans has completed the seminar series given by the Seattle Institute for  Advanced Dental Education and the Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies.

During nondental hours, Dr. Evans enjoys the many outdoor activities available in the Tallahassee area such as boating, fishing, scuba diving, cycling, and various personal fitness activities.
